CutIQ was built after years of watching fabrication shops struggle with a problem that shouldn't have existed.
Material information. Part counts. Machine runtimes. Setup information. Order details. Production status.
The information already exists.
The problem is that most of it never makes it where it needs to go. It gets trapped inside disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and individual workstations.
And every time someone needs that information somewhere else, a person has to re-enter it by hand.
CAM data would come out of the CAM software. Someone would print it. Someone else would carry it to a desk. And someone would type the information into another system.
Again. And again. And again.
Every shop had the data. Every shop had the people. Every shop had the software. But the systems didn't talk to each other.
That question became the foundation of CutIQ: why are people still typing information that already exists?
Shops had CAM systems. They had ERP systems. They had machines generating data all day long.
Yet teams were still spending hours manually moving information from one place to another.
The data existed. The visibility did not.
If a CAM system already knows the material, quantity, runtime, utilization, and order information — why should someone have to enter it again?
If a machine already knows what happened, why can't the rest of the business know too?
The deeper we looked, the clearer the answer became. The systems weren't connected.
CutIQ started with a simple belief:
So we started building the missing connections.
Not another database. Not another platform demanding companies change how they work. A way to help the systems manufacturers already use communicate automatically.
What started as a solution for manual data entry quickly revealed a much larger opportunity.
Teams couldn't see where jobs were. Managers couldn't easily see what had been completed. Leadership couldn't always see what was happening across the operation.
Production data existed everywhere, but insight existed nowhere.
What began as a way to automate production data became something much bigger: a manufacturing visibility platform — connecting CAM software, ERP systems, machines, and production teams into a single flow of information.
Every machine. Every order. Every shift. Every facility.
The information already exists.
Our job is helping it reach the people who need it.
When information moves automatically, visibility improves.
When visibility improves, decisions improve.
And when decisions improve, manufacturers operate better.
That's what we're building.
No sales scripts. No canned presentations. No pressure. Just a conversation about your operation, your challenges, and whether CutIQ is the right fit.
